Their emergence meant a somewhat different approach for the PLAN. More bluewater than brown. DFO

Well All we can hope is that all these CAD design vessels are built worse than ones were churning out or we are well and truly sunk before we get there :twisted:

Some sources say this is an exercise using onboard smoke generators.
Possible as the PLAN are fond of using smoke screens in amphibious exercises.
Smoke can interfere with optical and laser guidance systems but hard to see much value in this tactic from the past.
Ship more visible from distance, ship itself blinded and effects hard to predict /wind dependent.
