Yep; and Wiki says the following about the USN's P-8 Poseidon:-

The P-8 cannot use the Navy's typical hose-and-drogue in-flight refueling method, instead featuring a flying boom receptacle on the upper-forward fuselage, making it, like the Navy's E-6 Mercury TACAMO aircraft, reliant on U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker, KC-10 Extender and KC-46 Pegasus aircraft for in-flight refueling requirements. In April 2017, the USAF 459th Air Refueling Wing worked with the Naval Air Systems Command to certify operationally the P-8 for in-flight refueling.[57] For extended endurance, six additional fuel tanks from Marshall Aerospace are housed in the forward and rear cargo compartments.

also; the following is the title of an article from Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group (Marshall ADG) website:-

Marshall ADG delivers its 200th production auxiliary fuel tank in support of Boeing’s P-8 program

and today; again from Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group (Marshall ADG) website, an article under the title:-

Marshall Aerospace and Defence produces first fuel tanks for UK's P-8A Poseidons

Posted 31 January 2019

Defence Minister Stuart Andrew has announced that the first fuel tanks supporting the UK’s new fleet of P-8A Poseidon submarine hunting aircraft have rolled off the line in Cambridge at Marshall Aerospace and Defence.

The major milestone comes after the first cohort of RAF aircrew commenced their training for the programme earlier this month, marking the start of a vital enhancement of the UK’s military capabilities in the maritime environment.

The P-8A Poseidon is a new aircraft for the RAF designed to operate for long durations over water in maritime patrol roles, in particular anti-submarine, anti-shipping and search and rescue.

The Minister made the announcement for the P-8A programme during a visit to local Cambridge firm, Marshall Aerospace and Defence, where the fuel tanks for the aircraft are being produced.

The future home of the UK’s P-8A Poseidon Maritime Patrol Aircraft at RAF Lossiemouth is on target for completion. When finished it will hold up to three aircraft, maintenance facilities, planning rooms, and office space for operators and support staff. http://www.insidemoray.com/lossiemouth- ... -schedule/

Many thanks Harry , nice to step into a fragmented section of your old stamping ground and I suspect it would have been a home from home for you Eh .

Times change,.... systems evolve,....... but the same animal still stalks its prey [ thank God] ;)

They have entered the simulator & flying phase of their six-month course while engineering personnel are progressing with their training in Florida.

Full story: http://bit.ly/P8A0419 (see short excerpts below)
Pilots, Weapons System Officers and Weapons Systems Operators have entered the simulator and flying phase of their six-month course. Meanwhile engineering personnel are similarly progressing through their course at Naval Air Station Jacksonville in Florida.
The personnel, from CXX Squadron at RAF Lossiemouth, are being trained by a mix of US Navy and RAF P-8A ‘seedcorn’ one-way exchange instructors on a course which covers a substantial range of topics. This includes being trained to fly at medium and low level over the sea, so that the mission crew can train in Anti-Submarine Warfare and Anti-Surface Warfare.
