Something of an oversight in terms of observational prowess on my part
Seems that there has been a shift in the type of NVIS antenna now installed on Type 23 frigates.
OUT; the Cobham type:-
a COBHAM NVIS P-N 6234-49 is a HF 2-30MHz 150W digitally tuned.jpg
zHMS_St_Albans_Boarding_Team_Returns_to_the_Ship_MOD_45156182 - Copy (2).jpg
IN; the Comrod type:-
a HF230L-N COMROD NVIS compact HF antenna for naval applications from 1.6 to 30 MHz..jpg
MU190025113 royalnavy.mod.uk - Copy.jpg
Note that orientation of the antenna remain as before;
- Stbd side; mounted in an athwartship configuration - RADHAZ marking on hangar roof is semi-circular
- Port side; mounted at an angle of 45 degrees (leading edge facing outboard towards port bow - trailing edge facing inboard toward the stbd qtr) - RADHAZ marking on hangar roof is rectangular and offset towards the stern, presumably to take account of the angle of the antenna array.

Deployable flight deck marking and lighting strip extension 'stanchion' - (continued - 3)
An image depicting the unusual view of the
lighting strip extension actually lit whilst in the 'lazy' upright position secured to the raised guardrails/safety nets.

During the series of sorties, @820NAS used @HMSNORT to refuel & rearm whilst keeping @HMSQNLZ clear of the (simulated) threat.

HMS Sutherland F
AFAIK there is no truth that the 'light blues' can land a Chinook on a postage stamp or even on a Type 23 bridge wing Navigation Compass repeater
