The impressive and magnificent 1/35 scale model of the Italian Armoured Cruiser San Giorgio (as she looked in 1940 at Tobruk), built by artist modeler Curro Agudo Mangas for an Italian naval museum.

Per today's posted pic of the TRIESTE coming back into Trieste......she might have a shaft problem? Same source as RN's PoW???! :o
Her power plant per a website @ her:

2 x Rolls-Royce MT30 gas turbines (76000 kW / 102000 hp)
2 x MAN 20V32/44CR diesel engines (24000 kW / 32000 hp)

Launch ceremony for general purpose FREMM-IT-11 Frigate ITS Spartaco Schergat at Riva Trigoso on November 24th 2023..The eleventh FREMM-IT to be built, Spartaco Schergat (F 598) is the replacement of the original ship (FREMM-IT-9) that was sold to Egypt in 2020 and now carries the name Al-Galala. First steel for this ship was cut on February 25th 2021, and her delivery is expected in 2025.
