RN Submarines: B Class 1904

Unread post by jbryce1437 »

A Class of 11 submarines, all built by Vickers at Barrow between 1904 and 1906. With the exception of B2, which was sunk when she collided with SS Amerika in 1911, all served in the First World War. Two were sunk during the war, with B10 becoming the first submarine to be sunk by an aircraft.
