Timelapse shows year of progress on Glasgow frigate factory
Drone footage, collected over the last twelve months, shows the rapid progress on what will be one of the largest buildings in Glasgow when completed.
For the avoidance of doubt, the drone footage was obtained legally by a qualified person in adherence to UK drone legislation and guidance. In addition, the drone is insured, and a flight plan was submitted using drone safety software.

Sir Humphrey
Very interesting development, as the CSC is a Type 26 derivative.
It will be fascinating to see what USN involvement looks like in this space.
VAdm/Vam Angus Topshee @Comd_RCN
On Jan 8th an MoU was signed between the US Navy & the Royal Can Navy related to the Canadian Surface Combatant, an extremely important moment for the RCN.
This helps advance what is arguably the most complex, and important procurement for our Navy.

Curious MoD infographic.
While the Mk41 VLS could accommodate additional Sea Ceptor missiles in quad packs, the Type 26 already has two dedicated 24-cell Sea Ceptor silos.
