Oil Tanker MV Pablo exploded off the coast of Malaysia in the South China Sea yesterday.
Part of a growing "dark fleet" of dangerous/poorly maintained merchant vessels employed to bust trade sanctions against Iran and Russia.

RoRo vessel MV Mazarine aground on Wolf Rock - off the South West Cornish coast.

RNLI lifeboats in attendance.

BBC reports caused by engine failure. No injuries to the crew. Tugs called to assist.
