Destroyers: Isokaze Class

Isokaze Class Destroyer Amatsukaze pictured at Kure Naval Arsenal on April 21st 1917...She was laid down at Kure Naval Arsenal at Hiroshima on April 1st, 1916, launched on October 5th, 1916 and completed on April 14th, 1917. Following its service in the final stages of World War I, she continued to serve within the IJN for 17 years along with her sister ships Isokaze, Hamakaze, and Tokitsukaze. All four were retired on April 1st, 1935.
