Their old cruisers were "floating hotels", too....ventilation was needed!

IIRC, this ancient cruiser ended up in the Polish Navy post WW1. DFO

Must be expecting trouble with all those tugs in attendance

I see by your photo Dennis what you mean , perhaps they were at a point of transition in design
