Australia and New Zealand commemorate Anzac Day

Anzac Day is commemorated on April 25 annually with people gathering at marches and dawn services in recognition and honour of those who served in conflicts, wars and peacekeeping operations. On this day in 1915, Australian and New Zealand soldiers landed in Gallipoli during the First World War.
