Arkansas Class Monitor USS Cheyenne (Ex USS Wyoming, re-named January 1st 1909), entered the Puget Sound Navy Yard early in February 1913, and was fitted out as a Submarine Tender over the ensuing months. She appears here on June 1st 1913 in Dry Dock No. 2, astern of her is St Louis Class Protected Cruiser USS Milwaukee.
