Littorio Class Battleship RN Vittorio Veneto pictured as she fires a trial shot from one of her 15 inch/50 cal guns whilst moored at La Spezia naval base on March 30th 1943. Later on the same day, she will go out into the Gulf of La Spezia to conduct day and night gunnery exercises...I wonder how many windows had to be replaced.
