Protected Cruisers: Niitaka Class

Lead Ship, Protected Cruiser Niitaka pictured dressed overall at Kobe on March 8th 1906, for the visit of Prince Arthur of Connaught,who went to Japan in 1906 to convey Britain's highest order, that of the Order of the Garter, to the Meiji Emperor.
