Nothing new on the creaky ol KUZNETSOV, but the sovz were building the follow on carrier, the U'LANOYSK. She was NOT launched, and not sold to the PLAN as a casino...cut up on slip???
Based on the low stern view photo, she was built up to her flight deck..that's 20%??????? DFO
