Russian Navy Udaloy-Class Destroyer Vice-Admiral Kulakov Sails To Biscay Bay
The Udaloy-class ASW destroyer "Vice Admiral Kulakov" of the Russian Navy's Northern fleet is currently sailing in the Bay of Biscay to "ensure Russian naval presence in the region". It will eventually join the Mediterranean sea.
