Looks like a Tyep 42 destroyer, most likely HMS Edinburgh in 2013. As cruisers, Edinburgh and Belfast were sisters:

HMS Belfast traditional December salute to the RCN
Dear All, I am delighted to tell you that the traditional salute we started 7 years ago took place today over lunchtime. The Canadian Maple Leaf was hoisted to the cheers of the 40-50 guests, mainly military attaches from the London diplomatic circuit, followed by the presentation of a commemorative plaque celebrating the 80 plus Canadians serving onboard HMSB and the Tribal class destroyers escorting the convoy that would have been the target for the battlecruiser Scharnhorst that fateful Boxing Day 80 years ago. The Plaque was presented to the Head of Military Mission of Canada Brig. General Dwayne Parsons by IWM trustee Sir Guy Weston.

Royal Navy HMS Belfast
HMS Belfast is a Town-class light cruiser that is now permanently moored as a museum ship on the River Thames in London. Commissioned on the 5th of August 1939 & Decommissioned on the 24th August 1963, HMS Belfast has received Honours and awards for Arctic 1943, North Cape 1943, Normandy 1944 & Korea 1950–52.
