HMSM Ocelot - History

HMS Ocelot is a Oberon Class diesel-electric submarine built at Chatham Dockyard and commissioned in 1964. After completion she was assigned to the 3rd Submarine Flotilla at Faslane. She was decommissioned in 1991 and became a museum ship at Chatham Dockyard in 1992.

Just found a 360 degree tour of Ocelot on YouTube looks good. Also, a guided tour of her with commentary here.

Must admit I enjoyed this visit very much , albeit a tad cramped for space but better than HMS Dolphin at Gosport was .

Museum Ship,Oberon Class Submarine HMS Ocelot,a permanent resident in Chatham Historic Dockyard's No3 Drydock.The first stone drydock at Chatham,built by Naval Architect John Rennie in 1880.
