I was contacted by email by a former member of the old WNSF (emason) member who was trying to register with this Forum to no avail. I tried to register with an alternative email address that I have and all went well until the part where it said an authentication email had been sent and I need to follow the link in it to complete the registration. However, I never received the email, nor did emason, so I have asked Jack to look into it. On checking the Members list, the last person to register was in October 2019, after which more secure arrangements were put in place to deter the "spammers".
Hopefully, Jack will get to the bottom of the problem.

Just to let you know that Jack will have a look at this problem. Jack has tweaked the registration process so, hopefully, there should be a big reduction in spammers joining. There is also a monitoring process to ensure that any that do manage to slip through the net can be identified and removed.
