First small arms firing complete. Great to see the Force Protection Team in action
See - https://twitter.com/HMSPWLS/status/1178348904338862082 - For 4 photos.
Unsure which Force Protection Team this, details of several such teams are available on the net.
Is this a dedicated PoW one - part of the crew?

Yep David - methinks it might be Babcock Mission Critical Services Offshire Ltd (known as Bond Offshore Helicopters until 25 April 2016) - Sikorsky S-92A Helibus Registration G-MCSJ

From: Savetheroyalnavy.org
HMS Prince of Wales has completed a full power trial off the Scottish coast.

Officially stated as "over 25 knots" but likely she is capable of considerably more (especially when lightly laden and free of marine growth).
Sea trials continue but she will make stop at Invergordon for resupply.
The exact arrival date in Portsmouth is unknown, being dependent on trials progress but almost certainly well before QNLZ returns from US.
Her formal commissioning ceremony to be held in December.

She is currently east of Wick. The highest speed that I can find on her track is 25.5 knots.
