Vietnamese Navy,Gepard 3 Class Frigate 'Kuang Chung' arriving at Vladivostok for Russian Navy Day celebrations,July 25th 2019.Built at JSC Zelenodolsk Shipyards and commissioned in February 2018.

One of two x-ROKN corvettes now in the Vietnamese Navy (the outboard ship with the 2 quad SSM launchers). Politics make for interesting "situations".
