Fascinating, I never even thought that the Tsar might have a yacht. Do you know where she was built? and kept? if she was at Sevastopol (Crimea/Black Sea) this would be a more logical place that St. Petersburg where the winters are cruel The Tsars lived at the Livadia Palace in the Crimea in the summers, their family lived in a chain of palaces along the coast near Yalta.

IIRC, she was built in Denmark. Most of the in port pics were taken at Sevastopol. However, here is one from Yalta. DFO
