Away Seaboat

Unread post by timlewin »

I published this as an eBook in 2017 following which it has gained a dozen highly favourable reviews, no negative ones, and sold around 1100 copies worldwide. I made 200 editions in print to celebrate D-day when Commander Malins DSO DSC and bars, found himself commanding HMS Savage blocking the Eastern side of the traffic crossing the English Channel to /from Normandy. If anyone might like a printed edition, cover illustration by Jim Rae, A4 format, paperback with top quality silk pages, copiously illustrated, I would be happy to send a copy for £15.00 inc P&P in UK.

here is Jim's cover without the title, it shows HMS Easton, and Wheatland, having forced an Italian submarine to the surface with Easton (Malins) lowering her seaboat to board and sieze codes etc. unfortunately the submarine sank too swiftly but the did save her company.
