Still no clear, current photos of the new VIKRANT. However, there are these two of a model, supposedly her appearance if she is ever completed!! DFO

India's first indigenous Carrier,INS Vikrant pictured fitting out at Cochin Shipyards,Kochi..May, 2017 (corrected date).

Actually the previous pic was mislabeled and was from 2017! However, here are 2 very recent photos of her....... DFO

A new photo of her surfaced yesterday. Supposedly she will "soon" start her initial sea trial, uh-huh.

A overhead pic has surfaced showing the new anti-skid flight deck coating.......... DFO

Sea trials of first indigenous aircraft carrier INS Vikrant in July, commissioning mid-2022

Though the original plans for the ship were floated in 1989, the design work began fresh in 1999. It was scheduled for commissioning in 2018 but has been delayed.
