Must save czar vladzz rubles for important stuff...like a new aircraft carrierski!!! The "June" model appears to still depend on a ski-jump at bow, but increased length for angle deck launch???

Earlier concept has both bow and angled deck ski jumps. How good would that be with a landing aircraft that misses all the cables??
