Russia's new plan to overhaul the old, damaged KUZNETSOV: make one very large dry dock (on land-can NOT sink!) out of 2. As of a few days ago this project was about 6 weeks behind schedule. :o DFO

VARAN - Is there a separate thread for her?

The new Russian aircraft carrier will carry the Su-57 and Okhotnik

The Russian aircraft carrier Varan is likely to be equipped with the Su-57 stealth fighter and the S-70 Okhotnik attack drone.

Latest 'buzz' on Ol' Smokey........Carrier RFS Admiral Kuznetsov pictured still under refit at 35th Ship Repair Plant dock at Murmansk in February 2022...Due to the lack of a large enough dry dock, a new dry dock is being constructed at Murmansk. Admiral Kuznetsov will not be docked until June 2022 due to safer weather conditions prevailing at that time.
