TRIUMPH visited Leningrad in October 1955 - possibly that was when these photos were taken?

I would agree with tjs - In October 1955 Russia and the UK navies, made 'exchange' visits - two Russian cruisers, the Sverdlov and Aleksander Suvorov, accompanied by 4 Skory class destroyers visited Portsmouth, whilst at the same time, the Triumph, accompanied by the Apollo, Decoy, Diana, Chevron and Chieftan went to Leningrad.
